Dec 15, 2017 · Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has been a fantastic opener for 2017 – a proper, if not the best possible, return of the real survival horror (and not horror+something games that love to misgenre themselves). I rarely replay modern titles, but I replayed RE7 at least 5 times right after completing it for the first time.

Jul 2, 2022 · How do you make a Resident Evil game with so much atmosphere, and then waste it by not scaring the bejesus out of everyone. Apparently there were 2 people who complained about Resident Evil 7 being to scary, so Capcom intentionally made 8 less scary. The game is still good, but imo it is not a Resident Evil game anywhere besides name.

Yes sir. Worth every penny. Such a great story. It’s terrifying. I haven't touched any of the DLC other than Not a Hero (which was free), and honestly for $25 I'd be willing to buy just the base game again. It's on the shorter side, which the DLC in the Gold Edition will certainly help, and a lot of people have mixed feelings about the First
